Refund Policy

Okay... We're gonna give it to you straight.  At PlayGoop you may request a refund for any deal as long as you do so before the cancellation date & time set forth by the vendor.  Since no funds are transacted until that date is met you will, technically, never be charged for the deal.  Once the cancellation date & time has passed your transaction will be completed and there are no refunds available.  The only exception to this policy is if the vendor/business owner that offered the deal must cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start time stated on the deal.  In this case, you will need to obtain a refund by contacting the business owner that offered the deal.  Unless you successfully cancel your reservation, even if the event is pay at the door or free of charge you are expected to show up.  If you make a reservation for a pay at the door or free event and do not attend more than three (3) times your account will be suspended from making reservations for these pay at the door and free events.  Just like in baseball...three strikes, you're out!
